Member Wellbeing
Surgery is a demanding profession. ALRSGBI recognises that the wellbeing of its members directly impacts the quality of patient care and the sustainability of surgical careers. We provide access to a range of confidential support resources and have a dedicated Welfare Officer available to members.

The ALRSGBI Welfare Officer is available for confidential discussions on any aspect of member health and wellbeing. All conversations are treated with complete confidentiality.
